The redevelopment of a Grade II listed motor factory building into a 10,000m2 high spec office space. The project included the addition of 3 storey’s enclosed by a cupola roof and converted conservatory area.
CES produced the dynamic model for the energy and environmental design, which included mixed mode operation and over temperature cooling via four-pipe fan coil units serviced by air cooled chilled water plant and a CHP/boiler installation. Our designs were completed to a CAT A standard and we carried out energy analysis, including EPC.
